What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

The same should be reported to Wybor Care. It is suggested to make a video of unpacking the products to avoid discussion for replacement. In case a damaged product is received, call 70650 00101 & 70650 00102 OR email info@egovision.com to generate REF ID and along with the same product need to be send to nearest Service Centre. The fresh product could be picked from the Service Centre on the date assigned.
